With the support of the Rosemond family, the M Street Softball League is proud to announce the
Stephen Rosemond Memorial Softball Tournament to be held on
June 20-21, 2009 at M Street Park in South Boston.
Stephen was a long time member of the M Street Softball League who played the game with class and dignity. He was a player, coach (Bay View Liquors, Harp & Bard) and a champion (Sidewalk Cafe) but more so he was a great friend to many and is sadly missed.
Please join us in this great event and help us raise some much needed funds for Stephen's daughter (Kaileigh). Donations are accepted here or at the field during the tournament.
Show your support! Bring the kids and join in the fun. Some raffles include a weekend getaway, sports memorabilia (Bruins, Red Sox) and many more great prizes! Great food and a good time to be had by all!
Entry fee: $200 per team (2 game guarantee/double elimination).
Note: tournament is open to the public not just M Street Softball teams.
Each Player will receive a "FREE" tournament shirt.
Pitching Rules: 10-Man True Modified pitch rules (no sling, windmill, or sidearm)
